Good fit
- You've decided to switch platforms and need structured execution, not more discovery
- Your current CRM fundamentally cannot support your current or planned sales model
- Previous migration attempts stalled due to data complexity or unclear scope
- Leadership needs a defined budget, timeline, and milestone structure before approving
- You're moving from spreadsheets or a legacy system to a modern CRM for the first time
- You want expert oversight of data migration, not just configuration guidance
Not the right fit
- You're still deciding whether to switch — start with the Revenue Assessment
- Your current platform is viable but adoption or process quality needs work (→ CRM Mastery)
- You need only platform configuration with no data migration or training
Not sure whether to switch or improve? Take the Revenue Assessment — it tells you which path fits your situation.

"A CRM migration is not a one-time event — it's the foundation for how your team operates for the next several years. The quality of the plan determines the quality of the outcome."
How is Fast-Track priced and billed?
Fast-Track is fixed at $24,000 for the complete six-phase program. Billing is milestone-based — you are only invoiced for phases that have been completed and delivered. If the project does not start, or if a phase is not reached, you are not invoiced for it.
What if we haven't finalized our platform choice yet?
CRM Selection & Strategy is Phase 1 and is included in the program. We evaluate platforms against your requirements before committing. If you want scoping support before Fast-Track, JumpStart is a standalone 90-minute planning session that covers platform fit and migration readiness.
What happens to our data during migration?
Phase 2 covers a full data audit: deduplication, field mapping to the target CRM, validation, and export verification. We do not move data until we have confirmed it is clean and mapped correctly. Backup procedures are part of the phase deliverable.
How much time does our team need to commit?
The heaviest lift for your team is in Phases 1–2 (requirements clarification, data review) and Phase 4 (training attendance). Phase 3 implementation is largely handled by us. Plan for 2–4 hours per week during active phases for input and review.
We have a heavily customized current system. Is that a problem?
No — customization affects sequencing, not feasibility. Phase 2 includes an audit of what to preserve, simplify, or rebuild before implementation begins. Complex systems require more mapping work but do not block migration.
What if scope changes mid-project?
Scope changes are handled through a formal change order process. If a new requirement expands the project, we document and price it before starting that work. You always have visibility into what is being delivered and what it costs.
